Standard check-in time is 4 pm. If your villa is available, upon request early check-in may be accommodated as early as 2 pm free of charge. The earliest time to check-in, if the villa is available, is 12 pm with an early check-in fee of 10% of the daily rate. Check-out time is 10 am unless you have been approved for a later check-out

Off-peak Season: Deposit: 50% of the reservation. Final payment is due at check-in. Canceling within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation before 30 days, deposit is refundable less the $50 processing fee

Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day): Deposit: 50% of the reservation. Final payment due at check-in. Canceling within 60 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation before 60 days, the deposit is refundable less the $50 processing fee

Guests are considered anyone ages 3 and up. Prices are based on a standard occupancy of 8 for the 4-bedroom villas and 12 for the 5-bedroom villas. Extra guests above the standard occupancy are $30 per guest per night. Maximum number of guests in a 4-bedroom villa is 12 (11 adults) and the maximum number of guests in a 5-bedroom villa is 14. These maximums include ALL guests - even guests 2 and under

We welcome your furry friends to come and stay! Please approve your pets in advance and call, text, or email the resort with the dog breed and weight. Once approved, we will add the $30/night, per pet fee and forward you a pet agreement for signature.

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all of our guests, these are some of our guidelines:

*Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the villa

*Pets are not allowed on the beaches

*Pets are not allowed on beds

*Owners are required to pick up after your pet

*Dogs must be kenneled when alone in your villa

*Dogs must be under 65 pounds

*Maximum of 2 pets per villa

Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terriers/American Stafford-shire Terriers, Doberman Pincers, Bulldogs, Boxers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Wolf-Hybrids, Akitas, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies.

Yes! We have firewood to purchase for $10 per bundle (about 12 pieces of wood) and delivered directly to your firepit. Please order before 5 pm by calling 218-851-9301 or texting 218-309-5511.

Yes, we have pack-and-plays available. At this time, we do not have high chairs

Each villa has two parking spaces. There is overflow parking on the resort and across the road. All trailers are parked across the road from the resort.

Some refrigerators have an ice machine - we do not sell ice, but Casey’s General Store (.2 miles away) and the Alexandria Liquor Store (.5 miles away) sell large bags of ice

We have kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and life jackets — free for our guests, available on a first-come, first-served basis
