A 4 Bedroom Villa has a standard occupancy of 8 guests and a maximum of 12. A 5 Bedroom Villa has a standard occupancy of 12 guests and a maximum of 14. Guests are counted as ages 3 and older, and children 2 and under are welcome and count toward the maximum.
Additional guests above standard occupancy are $30 per guest per night, and groups above maximum occupancy need advance approval.
